Bittrex, the premier U.S. blockchain trading platform, seeks a Program Manager for Compliance. Founded by three cybersecurity engineers in 2014, the mission of Bittrex is to catalyze advancement of the blockchain industry by fostering innovation and incubating new and emerging technology.

The Compliance PM will drive initiatives from business requirements through to implementation - where necessary involving internal teams including; development, operations, legal, and finance.

As an integral part of the compliance team, in this role you will work with various business units, analyzing requirements, researching options and surveying vendors to identify which COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products would meet our specifications. In addition, the PM for Compliance will be point person to bid, purchase, and implement these solutions. When necessary, you will also identify and resolved the technical barriers for seamless implementation. The ideal program manager for Compliance will have experience evaluating software purchases through to adoption, and a history with transaction monitoring and case management, managing workflow.

Requirements:

  • Experience researching, identifying COTS products to specifications
  • Background partnering with technical teams where necessary to streamline integrations
  • Experience partnering with vendors through implementation to ensure proper integration
  • Experience working with teams across business units
  • History with transaction monitoring and case management, managing workflow
