Full-Time in Bellevue, WA - Mid Level - Engineering

The Bittrex Security team is looking for a TPM to drive security projects and programs whose scope span multiple functions across the premier U.S. blockchain trading platform. In this role you will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to interpret, communicate, and drive full lifecycle security programs. Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle delivery of security projects and programs working cross-functionally to achieve collaborative goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with information security and privacy.
  • Develop and implement security policies.

  • Deliver best practices to implement security into organizational development and processes
  • Updating security assessment and documentation after significant architectural changes.
  • Communicate effectively at multiple levels of sensitivity, and multiple audiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, highly preferred
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional technology projects and large, distributed solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management, project management, and leading through influence
  • Excellent problem solving skills – you love problems that have no textbook solution
  • Ability to understand security risks and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of information security, privacy frameworks, and compliance requirements
